Meet Rochelle
Hey, I'm here to be more than just a fitness coach with 35 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I have dedicated my life to helping women discover a healthier and happier version of themself.
My journey started with a passion for staying active, playing sports and raising two children who've embraced the same lifestyle, inspiring me to lead by example. I want to make health and fitness simple for women to navigate through the unique challenges of life.
